Using airplane
- flight to Berlin
- take Intercity Express (ICE) from Berlin to Munich,
departing almost every hour from stations 'Gesundbrunnen', 'Hbf(tief)' or 'Südkreuz'
(see also http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de); advance sale of tickets: 40,- Euros (one way)
exit at Leipzig Hbf (= main station), duration from Berlin ca. 1h 15min
- or take InterConnex from Berlin (stations 'Gesundbrunnen', 'Hbf(tief)' or 'Potsdamer Platz')
departing at about 7:40 and 16:50 o'clock, tickets can be paid in the train (only 20,- Euros)
exit at Leipzig Hbf (= main station), duration from Berlin ca. 1h 30min

- continue with tramway (see below)
flight to Halle-Leipzig Airport
- take Regional-Express or Intercity (IC) train to Leipzig,
departing almost every half of an hour

exit at Leipzig Hbf (= main station), duration ca. 40 min
- continue with tramway (see below)
Arrival by train at Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (main station)
- take tramway No. 10 (toward Lößnig) or
- take tramway No. 11 (toward Markleeberg-Ost) or
- take tramway No. 9 (toward Markleeberg-West)
- in any case exit at 'Connewitz Kreuz', duration from mainstation ca. 20min
- oneway ticket: 2 Euro
- walk 5 minutes to Gustav-Freytag-Straße (see map below)
